here i am, fully ready to do the mitzvah of counting the omer, as it says in the Torah:

“you shall count from the eve of the second day of Pesach, when an omer of grain is to be brought as an offering, 7 complete weeks. the day after the 7th week of your counting will make 50 days.”

may it be your will, before your face, our G’d and G’d of our foreparents, that in the merit of the counting of the Omer that i will have counted today, may anything that i have blemished in the sefirah of [insert sefirah of the day, eg, chesed sh’b’chesed] be rectified.  may i become enholied with Your holiness.  and through this may we all receive bountiful, free-flowing blessing in all the Worlds, blessing which will repair our souls and essences and spirits and those parts of  Your Creation that we encounter from any kind of blemish or fault.

may we be made whole and holy with Your High Holiness.  amen selah
